Water as food and why is it harmful to consume it during meals?
The human body excretes an average of 3.5 litres of water per day. Naturally these losses have to be filled. In a day we should take in exactly as much fluid as we have excreted. If the amount is not compensated for , waste accumulates in the cells and vessels, the blood becomes sticky and so disease occurs.
No life process can take place without water in our body. A cell that loses fluid simply dies. For the proper functioning of the body, 5 litres of blood are required, however, this collage cannot be maintained in the absence of water, even the lungs could not breathe if their surface is not moistened.
